FAQ
Can I book the houseboat for just one or two days?
Yes! Our houseboat is typically booked from a Friday pm till Monday am or Monday pm till Friday am however we are happy to accommodate day bookings if it so fits. Please ring to discuss possible availability.
What if it rains , can I cancel with a refund
Sorry we can not refund because of weather conditions
Do you have a customer referral program?
Yes if you refer a customer that completes a booking and you contact us when they book then we will deduct $100 from you next hire
What if I am not satisfied with Wyangala waters houseboats?
Then we would most certainly like to know the reason why and would be happy to discuss the issue with you
Do I need a boat licence to hire your houseboats
No the skipper for the hire period will only require a car licence, and  will be thoroughly briefed on the operation of our houseboat
can I bring my pet onboard for the cruise
We love our pets too, however we have a no pet policy due to hygiene issues. If you have a specific reason to have your pet aboard please contact us for discussion.
